CUBTEC up to 200-ton truck weight scale adopts distinct U style steel bridge construction. It is a combination of modular optimized platforms plus multiple-scale bodies yet owns a simple appearance.
The main beam of the weighing platform is made of the trapezoidal section of closed-end steel (ie U-shaped steel) on the modern bridge. The weighing platform panel is made of a high-quality steel plate, with a thickness of 10~14mm, to ensure sufficient strength and no deformation after long-term use.
All components are welded by continuous seam group welding, and the tabletop is welded with a submerged arc welding group, the overall structure is firm, stable, and reliable

Fine Platform Finishing:：
For the treatment of the structural parts of the weighing platform, cold-formed U-shaped steel is used, and the main rib is made of a Q235 carbon steel plate, so as to extend the useful life. The steel plate is pretreated by shot blasting and rust removal, and then painted with epoxy antirust primer and acrylic polyurethane Topcoat, the topcoat is made of resin paint, with two layers of coating, and the total dry film thickness is greater than 100μm. The color of the topcoat can be negotiated based on your requirements. The CUBTEC truck weight scale shows perfect performance in anti-rust and anti-corrosion, which makes our 100ton weighbridge to be used in an environment of -20℃~+55℃ without fail.
