Selected Material
An industrial weighing system often requires a combination of unique material properties for optimized performance.
We select high strength 42CrMo alloy steel.
This material is durable, not easy to rust, high temperature, wear-resistant, with high strength and toughness, Hardenability is also better, with a with a higher fatigue limit and resistance to multiple impacts.
It is a good choice for making high quality load cells.

S-shaped structure
The load cells’ S beam structure allows for measuring not only tensile force but also pressure, which increases their range of applications. The S shape makes it possible to be more compact in size, contributing to the installation and integration of a wide range of industrial automation systems.
