For manual pallet trucks, we will confirm the exact dimensions with you prior to production.
For electric pallet trucks, please provide your local voltage rating and plug type requirements. This allows us to tailor the product’s electrical specifications precisely to your needs.

Normally, we ship the goods from the ports of Shanghai or Ningbo. Of course, we can also arrange delivery to your preferred port upon your request.

We usually quote prices on both EXW (Factory) and FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo) terms. Sea freight costs are borne by the buyer. We will provide all necessary documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to assist with your customs clearance.

For standard products, the production lead time is 7–15 working days. Or some items we may keep it in stock. Customized orders may take 20–30 working days depending on complexity.  The goods arrival time varies by destination port (usually 15–45 days for sea freight).

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Alibaba Trade Assurance for bulk orders. For small trial orders, PayPal or Western Union can also be accepted upon agreement

The MOQ varies by product type. For standard manual/electric pallet truck, the MOQ is ONE unit. Customized parts may require a higher MOQ, and we welcome you to consult our sales team for details.
